摘  要：网络秘书起源于20世纪90年代末的美国，它利用网络平台实现秘书服务。网络秘书是提供秘书服务的一种新兴模式。在经济全球化的背景下，网络秘书在中国的发展越来越迅速。当前，中国国内的网络秘书主要有三类：软件产品类、职员类以及公司类网络秘书。网络秘书与传统秘书相比有自由办公、网络办公和居家办公等职业特点。就目前网络秘书的发展现状来看，阻碍网络秘书发展的主要因素有从业人员素质不齐、软件更新速度慢、服务平台缺乏、配套机制欠缺以及有效监管难落实等。解决网络秘书存在的问题，需要多措并举，相信网络秘书在将来一定会对社会产生更重要的作用。92285

Abstract: Virtual Assistant originated from the United State in the last ten years of the 20th century。 It uses network platform to realize the secretary service。Virtual Assistant is to provide secretarial services of an emerging model。Under the background of economic globalization, the development of Virtual Assistant in China is more and more quickly。At present, China's  Virtual Assistant mainly has three categories: software, office clerk, and service platform。Virtual Assistant compared with traditional secretary have three characteristics, which are free office, network office and home office。The current situation of the development of Virtual Assistant , main factors hindering the development of the Virtual Assistant 's quality ,Software update slow, service platform lack of supporting mechanism and lack of effective supervision is difficult to implement, etc。To solve the problems existing in the network secretary, need more measures simultaneously, believe that the Virtual Assistant in the future will play more important role in society。
