摘 要：电视民生新闻一般从平民的视角切入，关注普通百姓日常生活和社会民生问题，同时注重结合地域特征使新闻信息本土化，在内容和形式上都有诸多出彩的创新，获得了优秀的收视业绩。本文从电视民生新闻的概述切入，阐述其在国内广播电视史上的产生与发展历程，并以淮安《有事报道》为例来研究地域特征与电视民生新闻之间的关系，旨在通过结合地域特征以及当地电视民生新闻的成功经验和面临的问题进行关系论述，期望电视民生新闻能够在节目质量和栏目品牌上有所提升，从而突破困境，获得更广阔的发展空间。94377
