摘要对于一个民族而言，要进行顺畅的交流，对文化进行很好的保存，也必须拥有统一的语言。从某种意义上讲，语言就是一个民族的重要构成特征，它对民族认同起着关键性作用。我国是一个多民族的国家，每个民族都有自己独特的语音系统，为了便于交流，官方以法律形式规定，我国民族的共同语，就是以北京语音为标准，北方方言为基础的普通话。近几年来，随着国家对推广普通话方针政策的加强，以及现代交际和工作的需要，普通话教学问题开始成为学术界比较热门的话题。本文主要探讨了普通话在藏区的推广现状与传播策略。82762

Title：On Putonghua promotion and dissemination in Tibetan areas                                             

Abstract For a nation, to be smooth exchange of culture well preserved, but also must have a common language。 In a sense, language is an important component of national characteristics, its national identity plays a key role。 China is a multi-ethnic country, and each nation has its own unique voice systems, in order to facilitate the exchange, the official form prescribed by law, our national common language, that is, to Beijing as the standard voice, northern dialect based Mandarin。 In recent years, as the country to strengthen the promotion of Putonghua policies, as well as the needs of modern communication and work, Putonghua teaching problems started to become more popular topic academia。 This paper discusses the current situation and the spread of Putonghua promotion policy in Tibetan areas。
