摘 要：本文主要是以山西省孝义市为例，研究少儿社会舞蹈培训机构的现状，出现的问题以及解决问题的方案，并且与江苏省淮安市的少儿舞蹈培训机构进行对比分析，研究山西省孝义市的培训机构落后于发达城市的原因与对策，得出结论。笔者采用的是问卷调查、访谈的方式向两个地区城区的社会舞蹈培训机构进行调查，研究得出经济发展状况、师资力量状况、民众重视程度等都是影响孝义市社会舞蹈培训机构发展的原因，要从外部和自身为出发点解决问题，才有可能使得孝义市的培训机构的发展走上成功的道路。74363

Abstract：This paper mainly takes Xiaoyi city of Shanxi Province as an example to carry out study of the status of training institutions for children's social dance , the problems and the schemes to solve the problems。 What is more, it also makes comparison with the training institutions in Huaian, Jiangsu Province to study the reasons why the institutions of Xiaoyi City, Shanxi Province are lagging behind, the countermeasures for the problems and the conclusions。 The author adopts questionnaire survey and interviews methods to carry out research on dance training institutions in the two areas。 The results show that the economic development status, status of teachers, and the degree of highlight of the local people are all influencing factors for the development of the social dance training institutions in Xiaoyi city。 Only by solving the problem from the perspective of outside reasons and internal ones can it be possible to make the development of training institutions in Xiaoyi city on the road to success。

1。 前言
本文所研究的“少儿舞蹈社会培训”指的是狭义上的校外舞蹈培训机构。在我国当前社会背景下，吕梁地区孝义市舞蹈教育依旧没有普及进入各中小学校，社会大众仍然没有给予足够的重视，在这种情况下应运而生并且壮大的社会舞蹈培训机构就成为了中坚力量。但是由于经济、师资等各方面的影响，吕梁孝义市的社会舞蹈培训机构仍然处于相对落后状态，尤其是相对于比较发达的东部城市仍然有很大的差距。本文对当前孝义市的少儿培训机构进行了调查研究，并与江苏省淮安市进行对比分析，针对当前存在的问题进行研究，并提出合理的建议。带领他们走上更加专业与成功的道路。
2． 当前吕梁孝义市少儿舞蹈社会教育现状及问题分析
随着人们生活水平的提高，开始对艺术有了更大的追求，少儿舞蹈教育事业有了很大的发展。但是舞蹈教育并没有如音乐教育一般进入中小学课堂，目前也只有在幼儿园等地方作为辅助性教学手段出现在课堂中，或是以课外活动的形式展开。相反，作为社会培训，舞蹈教育已经越来越壮大。笔者通过调查问卷的方式，调查了少儿社会舞蹈培训的现状以及对问题进行了分析。 吕梁地区少儿舞蹈社会培训状况的调查与研究:http://www.youerw.com/yinyue/lunwen_84945.html
