摘要：青岛拥有发展，辐射周边，能带动九水河地区经济文化的兴起。此外，青岛市是中国优秀旅游城市，南九水河作为青岛近郊净土,旅游业的机遇不容小觑。南九水河坐落于崂山脚下，拥有交通桥等大交通节点，可方便到达。为改善南九水河两岸的生态环境，在其满足其防洪、排涝要求基础上，提高沙子口片区整体旅游入口形象。结合崂山区发展要求，对南九水河下游河道进行概念性方案设计，重点对两岸滨水区域及绿化景观系统进行设计，打造水清绿秀、环境宜人、人业两旺的生态区。滨水地区是城市中一个特定的空间地段，指“与河流、湖泊，海洋毗邻的土地或建筑；城镇邻近水体的部分。”它既是陆的边沿，也是水的边缘。而滨水区的开发成为城市向外扩张，向内涵延伸的一个重要组成部分。22235

Abstract: Qingdao has development, radiation surrounding. It can drive the rise of nine water river area in economy and culture.In addition, it is China's excellent tourist city, south nine river water as the pure land, near Qingdao tourism opportunities .The south nine river is located in laoshan has a big traffic node, such as traffic bridge,can be easily reached.In order to improve the south nine water on both sides of the river ecological environment, on the basis of its meet the requirements of the flood control, drainage, improve ShaZiKou area of entrance tourism image as a whole.with Laoshan mountain area fast development, the south of nine water downstream of the river channel is in conceptual design, emphasis on the waterfront landscape and greening system to carry on the design, make clear green water show, pleasant environment, ecological industry flourish.Waterfront is a specific spatial location in the city, and refers to "with rivers, lakes, sea adjacent land or buildings; town adjacent water body parts."It is the edge of land and water.The waterfront development become outward expansion of city, an important part of connotation to extension。

1 项目背景与基地现状
1.1 项目背景
如今滨水河道衍生出休闲娱乐、观景旅游、生态调节等功能，或者作为城市商业中心或商业街道存在。滨河地区的功能转变是城市应对社会经济变迁的重要方式。随着“以人为本”价值的回归，也伴随着城市经济发展、环境改善的要求，滨水地区再次成为城市生活的重要区域，承担着城市重塑生态、公共活动的重要功能。
