摘 要:近几年地震灾害频发,人民财产受到损失,房屋更是受到严重破坏。有些自然灾害可预见,可以提早进行防范,而地震的发生基本不可预测,且往往破坏强度大, 灾后的重建是所有问题的重中之重。我国的震后重建取得了很高的成就,但因震后重建的特殊性,难免会出现一些问题,如灾后重建使用大规模的标准化设计施工难以满足居民个性化的需求等,这些问题需要我们努力解决。本毕业设计以震后模块化住宅的可行性为研究目标,在对国内外模块化住宅的案例分析前提下,研究模块化住宅的设计,地震对住宅重建的影响,震后受灾人民的基础需求以及如何通过模块化住宅的设计满足震后住宅的特殊性来进行模块化住宅设计。希望通过对震后模块化住宅的可行性研究,使模块化住宅能广泛应用于灾后重建。92122

Abstract:The earthquake disasters in recent years, the people's property loss, is severely damaged。 Some natural disasters in the foreseeable, can advance to protect against, and basic unpredictable earthquakes, and often damage strength, post-quake reconstruction is the key of the problem of all。 Reconstruction of our country has obtained a high achievement, but because of the particularity of reconstruction, the hard to avoid can appear some problems, such as the post-disaster reconstruction using large-scale standardization of design and construction is difficult to meet the personalized requirements of residents, and so on, we need to work hard to solve these problems。This graduation design with the aim to study the feasibility of modular homes after the quake, under the precondition of case analysis of the modular housing at home and abroad, the research of modular design of the residence, the earthquake influence on housing reconstruction, the earthquake affected people's basic needs, and how to through the modular design of the residence to meet the particularity of post-earthquake residential modular housing design。 Hope that through the feasibility study of modular homes after the quake, the modular homes can be widely used in the post-disaster reconstruction。
