摘要:本次空间与功能设计从人性化的设计出发，多方面多角度地充分考虑了各类顾客的需求及心理。整座餐厅以怀旧工业的风格来展现，充分得表达了设计者对“老店新作”这一观念的理解。随着现代的进步，人们已经不满足于物质生活的满足，更加追求精神上的东西，所以餐饮空间的设计越来越引起了人们的重视。俗话说民以食为天，所以一个舒适的餐饮空间必然会给食客们更加愉悦的就餐环境。餐饮空间的创造应该首先考虑用餐人群的身心感受，故而这次设计加强体现“慢享”的理念来引起的共鸣进而加强这一主题在餐饮空间中的体现，让来到这用餐的人们有一种耳目一新的感觉。92121

1 前言
餐饮空间是当今人类生活的重要环境之一，餐饮空间的设计不仅仅要结合餐饮类型，消费人群，也要考虑周围环境的因素。而最终的设计成果体现了设计者的审美以及生活的倾向；更折射出城市的精神沉淀与文化内涵。
本餐厅的定位是中高档主题餐厅，而根据调研结果将风格选定在了复古的工业风，这时如何在印象中工业风的粗糙中打造出精致就成了难题。前期确定的风格定位让我想起威廉·巴特勒·叶芝的诗“当你老了，头发花白，睡意沉沉，倦坐在炉边，取下这本书来，慢慢读着，追梦当年的眼神，你那柔美的神采与深幽的晕影。”，于是给餐厅定了个“慢享”的主题。

“慢享”主题餐厅计划位于淮安市清河区市中心的新亚商场，历史悠久，人文荟萃。资源丰富，条件优越。重视教育，人才富集。清河区市中心，上班族、小区、商业区等有很多（如下图），但主题性的餐厅却很少在此分布，浪费了附近居民及周围白领等消费市场。所以，清河区市中心是主题性餐厅的潜在开发市场所在地。 慢享主题餐厅空间与功能设计:http://www.youerw.com/yishu/lunwen_199724.html
