摘要：人性化是指让事物的功能性和人的关系协调，即让事物的功能性的发展围绕人的需求来展开，这里所指的功能性是广义上的功能性，不单单指的是某一领域，其中也包括在城市广场中的应用，城市广场在城市开放空间中的位置举足轻重，广场的性质和用途在经济体制不断变革以及在国家经济进程中，不断的变幻着它在城市开放空间中扮演的角色的重要性。作为城市公共艺术景观（广场）的点睛之笔——公共造型艺术也在潜移默化的影响并展示着一个城市的文化品位和生活品质，在一定的程度上反应了该城市的生活水平和历史文化。本文在研究城市广场的开放性空间中，强调了城市广场在建设中定位、定性与定量的重要性与必要性，同时也涉及到了在设计的过程中要充分的考虑到人性化，合理性与独特性，设计要以人为本，考虑到公众的舒适性和安全性。公共造型艺术是历史和地域文化的产物，由表及里的来分析它的非独立性、艺术的非个性化。49048

在我国城市建设高速发展的今天，迅速增多的城市广场引起人们的关注。城市广场正在成为城市居民生活的一部分，它的出现被越来越多的人接受，为我们的生活空间提供了更多的物质线索。城市广场作为一种城市艺术建设类型，它既承袭传统和历史，也传递着美的韵律和节奏一种公共艺术形态，也是一种城市构成的重要元素。在日益走向开放、多元、现代的今天，城市广场这一载体所蕴涵的诸多信息，成为一个规划设计深入研究的课题。
1 城市公共艺术景观设计
1.1 城市公共艺术景观应赋予丰富的文化内涵
城市公共艺术环境应与所在城市所处的地理位置和周边的环境，街道，建筑物等物体相互协调，共同构成城市的交流活动中心。在设计时要考虑到广场所处城市的历史，文化特色，民族风俗与价值。注重设计的文化内涵，将不同文化环境的独特性，差异性和特殊需加以很好的分析，理解，领悟，设计出在该城市，该文化环境下，该时代背景下的有特色的文化广场，用适合的公共艺术景观的表达形式将设计方案加以表达。
