摘要：泉州百崎湖生态公园的基地位于福建省泉州市台商投资区，是泉州市中心城市的重要组成部分，经国务院批准为国家级台商投资区，国家级经济技术开发区，国家级高新技术产业开发区的主园区，投资政策优惠。百崎湖生态公园占地面积40.4公顷，是泉州市台商投资区重要的景观地段和城市开放空间，是未来城市在滨水区域结合的中心区域，将成为城市未来的核心。设计应结合国内外先进的设计理念，发挥和利用环湖的自然生态资源优势和特色，将百崎湖独特的生态景观打造成为台商投资区靓丽的城市名片。百崎湖现为自然湖泊，建成后的生态公园应兼具生态调节功能和景观功能，为人们提供文化、休闲、娱乐、观光、健身等多功能服务。公园应规划设计需考虑文化传承、功能合理、生态优先、保留特色和满足当代人生活游憩休闲的需要。设计内容是所有的环境内容，包括总体规划设计及交通、竖向、植物、建筑小品、园路及铺装、夜景灯光、水电等单项规划设计。泉州百崎湖生态公园应当是以保护百崎湖为目标，兼具生态调节功能和景观功能的一座城市休闲空间与湖泊生态环境完美结合的一流城市湖泊公园。本研究主要侧重公园中的建筑和小品规划设计的理念和方案。7387

The programing and designing of the architecture and sketch landscape of Quanzhou Baiqi Lake Ecological Park
Abstract： Quanzhou baiqi lake ecological park is located in Quanzhou City of Fujian Province where is the Taiwanese investment zone.It is an important part of the Quanzhou City Center, approved by the state council as national Taiwanese investment zone, state-level economic and technological development zone, national high-tech industry development zone area, preferential investment policies. Baiqi lake ecological park covers an area of 40.4 hectares, is an important landscape area and the city of quanzhou Taiwanese investment zone, open space is the center of the future city in the waterfront region, will become the core of the city in future. The design should be combined with the domestic and foreign advanced design idea, develop and utilize the natural ecology of the surrounding resource superiority and characteristic, Baiqi lake to forge a Taiwanese investment zone lake unique ecological landscape beautiful city business card. The baiqi lake now is an natural lakes, lake ecological park should be after completion of the ecological regulating function and landscape function, provide people with culture, leisure, entertainment, tourism, fitness and other multifunctional services. The planning and design  should be considered reasonable cultural inheritance, functions, ecological priority, retention characteristics and meet the needs of the contemporary life recreation and leisure. Design content is the environment of all content, including overall planning and design and traffic, the vertical, plant, building, garden road and pavement, night view lighting planning and design, water and electricity, etc. Quanzhou baiqi lake ecological park should be based on baiqi lake protection as the goal, both the ecological regulating function and landscape function of a city leisure space and lake ecological environment of perfect combination of first-class city lake park. This research mainly focus on the park in the building and sketch design ideas and solutions.
