摘要近年来，我国特别重视铁路等基础设施建设。随着高铁技术的成熟和高铁网络在全国的大面积铺开，我们国家已经进入了高铁时代。2014年颁布的铁路土地开发意见中国家明确指出支持将城镇化建设与高铁建设相结合，鼓励对车站用地进行综合利用高铁新城就在这一背景下诞生了，高铁新城的出现既顺应了城镇化扩张，又使得所在城市能够最大限度利用高铁带来的优势。虽然高铁新城建设被看作新的机遇，但是从目前的情况来看，并没有达到预期目标。本设计旨在通过结合景观学术研究和实践来规划常州高铁站的景观设计，通过优秀的景观设计加强高铁站与城市的沟通，提升高铁站吸引力和凝聚力。73736

ABSTRACT
After 2000, especially in recent years, our country pay great attention to railway construction 。With scientific research and technology development, the railway has speed up repeatedly, "high-speed era" has arrived。 according to the state supports "about the opinions of the support the implementation of railway construction land comprehensive development" Promulgated in 2014,our country encourage high-speed rail construction combined with the new urbanization and the synthetical development of railway station。Although the high-speed rail is seen as a new opportunities, new station town construction did not achieve expected goals by now。This design aims to combine academic research and practice by landscape planning to design the landscape of the high-speed rail station in changzhou。 Through the excellent urban landscape design to strengthen the communication of station and urban area as well as the cohesion of the rail station。

近年来，我国特别重视铁路等基础设施建设。随着高铁技术的成熟和高铁网络在全国的大面积铺开，我们国家已经进入了高铁时代。2014年颁布的铁路土地开发意见中国家明确指出支持将城镇化建设与高铁建设相结合，鼓励对车站用地进行综合利用高铁新城就在这一背景下诞生了，高铁新城的出现既顺应了城镇化扩张，又使得所在城市能够最大限度利用高铁带来的优势。因此高铁新城如雨后春笋般在全国各地兴起。但从目前来看，高铁新城的建设和发展还是存在很多问题的。首先从对高铁的研究来看，目前主要集中在两个方面，宏观上研究高铁开通后对所在城市及周边地区的影响，微观上研究高铁站及其周边区域的建设。现在随着经济增速放缓，政府财政紧张，所在地多高铁新城的投入随之下降，另外，房地产市场不景气也是一个重要原因，这个因素导致高铁新城的土地价格下滑，减少了潜在的土地收益。也令高铁新城的未来发展方向趋于不明朗。论文网 常州高铁文化公园景观规划设计海绵城市实践的方案生态规划+答辩PPT:http://www.youerw.com/yishu/lunwen_83393.html
