摘 要：在人们还只为解决温饱而劳碌奔波的时代，美术被看作是社会上层人士的活动，是极少数专业画家的事情。美术教育不仅仅是业内画家的事情，而是所有求学者的必修课程。在素质教育发展至今，越来越多的人认识到美术教育对于提高与完善人的素质的重要作用。不可否认美术是目前农村素质教育发展的一条拦路虎，如不慎重对待它，将影响整个农村的素质教育发展，希望不起眼的美术能够摆脱昨日的傲慢与偏见，重新回归课堂，使孩子们能够受到全面的教育。如今随着经济的发展，人们对审美需求的逐步提高，美术就显得尤为重要了。目前在我国，农村人口总数占比重，农村人口的素质直接关系着我们全民族的素质，农村美术教育质量的提高直接关系到全国美术教育的整体水平。76706

1 前言
