摘    要目的  调查在杭部分高校学生食品安全知识,态度和行为现状,分析影响因素,研究食品安全知识,态度,行为间的相关性,为进一步开展高校学生食品安全教育和行为干预提供科学依据。方法 采用分层随机抽样的方法,自制问卷对450名在校大学生开展“高校学生食品安全知识、态度、行为问卷调查”。对调查所得问卷的知识,态度,行为得分进行单因素分析,多元线性回归分析和相关性分析,研究医学生食品安全知识,态度与行为的现状和影响因素。用两独立样本T检验与方差分析来进行单因素分析,用Pearson相关系数来研究食品安全知识,态度,行为间的相关性。结果 调查对象食品安全知识一般,存在一定问题;食品安全态度较好,但维权意识差;食品安全行为一般偏差,总体而言,食品安全知识态度行为较差;学校与专业普遍是食品安全知识态度行为的影响因素(P<0。05),较高教学水平的学校学生和医学,食品专业的学生食品安全知识态度行为较好。结论 食品安全知识与态度,行为之间存在正相关,要加强高校食品安全教育,引导学生改变食品安全态度,改良食品安全行为。88779
