摘要目的 通过浙江省医疗卫生监督人员配置现况分析，发现其中存在的主要问题，为今后加强医疗卫生监督队伍建设提供参考建议。方法 对浙江省医疗卫生监督员基本情况进行描述性分析，对浙江省三级卫生监督机构医疗卫生监督员在学历分布、监督年限分布、专业结构分布、岗位分布等情况进行卡方检验，做差异性分析。结果 在岗医疗卫生监督员952人，省级10人，占1%；市级85人，占9%；区（县）级857人，占90%；学历构成，研究生占比5。3%；本科生占比为75。5%；专业构成，医学占比68。2%，法学占比21。2%；三级卫生监督机构医疗卫生监督员学历构成有差别，卫生监督机构级别越高，学历水平也越高。结论 医疗卫生监督人员专业性不足，配置数量理论达标，现实情况不容乐观；监督员总体素质良好，专业结构多元化，但临床专业人员不足；卫生监督员队伍参公管理，高职称人才流失，监督队伍素质下降。建议优化医疗卫生监督队伍结构，增加卫生监督员编制，完善协管员制度；严格人员准入，加强业务培训，完善医疗监督队伍建设；改革管理制度，稳定和吸引高素质人才。88906
