摘要:目的:以现有的提取方案为基础,考察西洋参、酸枣仁在不同提取条件下的总皂苷含量,研究不同的酸源、碱源的组合对制备泡腾片的影响,确定最佳组合,明确优化西洋参复合泡腾片的生产工艺。方法:本实验选用回流提取法提取西洋参总皂苷和酸枣仁总皂苷,并进行正交实验,用紫外分光光度法测定总皂苷含量,制粒时用酸碱分开湿法制粒法。结果:最佳提取条件为:西洋参提取3次,每次3小时,液料比为8;酸枣仁提取3次,每次1.5小时,液料比为14。泡腾片中使用酸源、碱源最优组合为:柠檬酸和K2CO3。结论:最终得到较好的提取工艺和酸源、碱源组合。25168

The Research on the Process of American Ginseng and Suanzaoren compound effervescent tablets
Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of different combinations of acid and alkali on the preparation of effervescent tablets, and to determine the optimal combination of the total saponin of American ginseng and Suanzaoren under different extraction conditions. The test can optimize the production process of American ginseng compound effervescent tablets. Methods The total saponins of Panax quinquefolium L. and Suanzaoren saponins were extracted by reflux extraction with orthogonal experiments. They were defined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The optimum extraction conditions were that extract 3 times, 3 hours each time, adding 8 times the amount of solvent; Suanzaoren extract 3 times, 1.5 hours each time, adding 14 times the amount of solvent. The optimal combination of acid source and alkali are citric acid and potassii. Conclusion The extraction process and acid source and alkali source were obtained.
