社区医院医患信任关系的个案研究

摘要随着中国经济不断发展，人民物质生活水平不断提高，我国医疗卫生的服务规模、服务条件和服务水平得到了极大的改善和进步，然而日渐紧张的医患关系却不尽如人意，社区居民对健康的认知观念和医疗自我保护意识有了进一步的提高，要求在医院得到更多的照顾和更高的权益，医患之间的纠纷已成为医院管理中横亘的难题。医疗关系的不和谐不仅只是一个单纯的医疗问题，而且已经演变为一个社会问题。本研究运用个案工作的方法，在萧山某社区医院选取一个个案进行研究并实施，从医患互相信任的角度着手，加强双方沟通，使双方互相信任、互相理解，从而解决医患冲突，具有理论意义与现实意义。89514
