摘    要 本研究为定性取向，通过对八名女同性恋精神暴力当事人的访谈，描述归纳出女同性恋伴侣间精神暴力的过程及影响因素、服务需求，并参考田野日志、拟出一套针对改善女同性恋伴侣关系的艺术治疗介入方案。本研究得出的结论为：精神暴力易发于伴侣关系中的权力争夺期，冷战、“揭伤疤”等常出现在女同性恋伴侣关系中。若施暴方与受暴方没有以正面沟通的方式应对，则精神暴力会循环持续到关系终结；精神暴力是隐蔽、细腻与具有深刻伤害性的，发生原因有很多，社会性别环境的不友善是影响因素之一，包括导致女同性恋者产生内化的恐同症、伴侣关系过于封闭、遭遇精神暴力后求助无门，求助无用等；艺术治疗从理论与实践经验上有着介入的适用性，本研究拟出的艺术治疗方案，有待后续实证其有效性。90135

This study is qualitative-orientated。 By interviewing eight lesbian mental violence survivors, the researcher has depicted the process of the mental violence between the lesbian partners and its influencing factors。 Combined with service requirements and the field diary, the researcher worked out the art therapy plan to alleviate this dilemma。 The study drew the following conclusions: The mental violence can easily happen during the power-control period。 The cold violence and mention one’s past sufferings are often to be seen in lesbian relationships。 If there is no positive coping actions, the mental violence will continue its circulation until the relationship’s breakdown; the mental violence is hard to be realized but is very harmful, and there are numerous reasons accounting for this violence, the homophobic social environment is one of them, which lead to lesbian’s internalized homophobia, the over-closed relationship, and the lack of useful social support; Art therapy is suitable to intervene this problem。 The art therapy plan in this study need further practice to confirm its availability。源Q于W优E尔A论S文R网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
