摘要针对现在市场上存在的多种新生儿黄疸治疗仪的发光效率低、能耗大、不稳定等现状,本文在基于控制原理的基础上对新生儿黄疸治疗仪进行了优化设计,选用了低能耗的绿色光源LED光源,并从LED光学设计、LED驱动电路、基板、散热器、电源适配器以及数字化的LED调光电路和光照时间显示电路等方面分别进行了软件和硬件的设计,此外还进行了机械结构的模块化设计,例如光源可以有方形和圆形两种选择,方便更换;金属软管具有良好的伸缩性,可以方便得调节光照的角度的方向;支架下方装有轮子方便移动等等,。60321

Title The Optimization of Neonatal Jaundice Treatments based on the Control Theory
Abstract
According to the situation that a variety of neonatal jaundice treatments have low luminous efficiency , energy consumption, and poor stability existing on the markets, in this paper, the apparatus of neonatal jaundice were optimized based on the control theory. We Select a low-power green light source LED, then the designing contains of LED option , LED drive circuit board , the radiator , the power adapter and digital dimming of the LED illumination and time display circuit , etc. software and hardware designing are carried out, too. In addition, the mechanical structure for modular designing is also contained. For example, the light source have square and round two options for easy replacement; metal hose with good elasticity can easily adjust the illumination angle obtained in the direction; there equipped wheels for easy mobility under the stand and so on. These have greatly improved the function of the treatment and the convenient.
