摘要皮肤病是宠物犬较为常见的疾病之一，其中最为常见的皮肤病就是犬的小孢子菌皮肤病。犬小孢子菌皮肤病是一种传染性极强的接触性人兽共患皮肤病，此病能给宠物和人类健康造成严重的危害。为了解徐州地区犬小孢子菌皮肤病的发病情况，于2015年9月至2016年5月，在徐州市几家宠物医院和动物疾病研究防治中心对患病犬进行了相关调查与研究。在调研期间的428只患病犬中，患有小孢子菌皮肤病的共有98例，占所有患病犬的22.9%。患病犬中3-5月份和9-11月份初的小孢子菌皮肤病发病率分别为8%和15%。患小孢子菌皮肤病的犬表皮存在环形斑、红斑、脱毛等现象；在镜检时，可以明显看到显微镜下的犬小孢子菌；在进行伍德氏灯检查时，能够看到黄绿色的荧光色，由此可以确诊。患病犬经过系统性治疗、局部治疗和中药药浴等治疗后，得到痊愈。本研究调查并探讨了徐州地区犬小孢子菌皮肤病的流行病学、诊断及防治方法，本次调查可以给本地区犬小孢子菌皮肤病的防治工作提供参考，具有一定的应用价值。71679

Diagnosis and prevention of dog microsporum bacterium sex skin disease
Abstract Dermatoses is one of the common diseases in pet dogs, of which the most com-mon is microsporum dermatosis of dogs. Canis microsporum dermatosis is a highly contagious zoonosis that can do serious harm to health of pets and humans. Relevant research and study on sick dogs was carried out from September 2015 to May 2016 in a few pet hospitals and CADC(China Animal Disease Control Center)in Xuzhou city, in order to figure out the morbidity of canis microsporum dermatosis in Xuzhou. Among the 428 sick dogs investigated, 98 dogs were infected with microsporum dermatosis, which is 22.9% of the total. The morbidity of microsporum dermatosis in sick dogs is 8% during March to May and 15% during September to November. Phenomenon such as ring spot, red spot and hair shedding can be observed on epidermis of dogs infected with microsporum dermatosis. Besides, the mic-rosporum canis can be observed clearly under a microscope. When examined with Wood light, yellow-green fluorescence can be observed to diagnose. The dogs infected can be cured through systematic treatment, topical treatment and Chinese herbs bath. This research investigated and discussed the epidemiology on canis microsporum dermatosis in Xuzhou area, as well as methods to diagnose and cure it. This will provide an applicable reference for prevention and cure of local canis microsporum dermatosis.
