摘要肠道寄生虫病是宠物犬较为常见的疾病之一，不仅危害宠物犬的健康生长，同时也严重威胁人体健康。为了解徐州地区宠物犬肠道寄生虫的感染情况。本研究通过对徐州博斯特动物研究诊所和徐州爱慕宠物医院的352例就诊犬进行肠道寄生虫病流行病学调查、临床观察和实验室检查。结果发现，在352例就诊犬中，患肠道寄生虫病的犬多达155例，感染率高达44%。主要感染蛔虫、绦虫、球虫和钩虫等寄生虫，其感染率与性别无关，但与年龄有关，幼犬感染率明显高于成年犬。本研究调查并探讨了徐州地区犬肠道寄生虫病的流行病学、诊断及防治方法，这将给本地区肠道寄生虫病的防治工作提供参考，具有一定的应用价值。71681

Diagnosis and Prevention of Intestinal Parasitic Diseases in Pet Dogs

Abstract The intestinal parasitic diseases is a normal disease that damage the health of dog, not only does it damage the heath of dog, but also damage human’s health. To research the morbidity of intestinal parasitic diseases in Xuzhou. The study is based on the shit from the 352 dogs that received treatment on the Best Animal Clinic and the Aimu Pet Hospital in Xuzhou. The result of the research shows that there are 155 dogs have infected this disease, the rate is as high as 44%. The main parasite that they are infected with is roundworm, tapeworm, hookworm, coccidium. Its morbidity has no connection with gender, but the age will affect the rate of infection. From the research, we can know that the puppy dogs have higher morbidity. Through the research, we can know the way of diagnosis and prevention of this disease, which can provide theoretical basis for Xuzhou on dog’s treatment. It’s not only good for the dogs’ health, but also have great benefit on us.
