摘 要：儿童的体格发育一直是人们关心的内容，他不仅反应了儿童的健康成长状况，还反映了一个地区的经济、政治、文化的发展情况。本次研究对江苏省苏州市觅渡小学一到六年级共十二个班级的学生的体格发育进行调查，通过对其身高和体重的测量，分析出该学校学生的体格发育趋势，并且发现肥胖人群比例增大，根据调查结果的反馈并查阅相关的文献资料借鉴国内外的经验，得出儿童肥胖的主要原因是因为缺乏锻炼以及含糖食品饮食过度，根据该校的实际情况，为该学校的儿童保健工作提出建议从而促进儿童少年健康成长。79942

Abstract:Children grow and change in many ways during their early childhood phase。 They develop socially, emotionally, cognitively as well as growing physically。 Physical development in children has always been a concern of the society。 It is not only in response to children’s mental health developing, but also impacts on socio-economic inequality and a range of various outcomes established by political and cultural differences。 The investigation to the students who from one to six grade in Mi Du primary school，Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province。 We get the measurements of height and weight of the students and found that increased the proportion of obese people。 According to the results of the survey feedback and review relevant literature reference domestic and foreign experience, that the main cause of childhood obesity is due to a lack of exercise and containing sugar food diet excessive。 According to the actual situation of the school, I give some recommendations for the school's children's health care work to promote the healthy growth of children。

1 前言
在孩子的童年时代，成长中的体质发育，是孩子健康的一个鉴定标准，只有好体质才能拥有健康。儿童的体格发育对成年后也有一定的影响。因此，家长们应该对自己孩子的生长发育给予足够的重视。孩子的定期体格发育监测是发现生长发育是否正常的一个重要手段。如果不正常，就应从他的营养摄取、所在环境、生活方式及有无慢性病等方面进行排查原因，如果从中发现问题了，应及时进行改正。而且儿童的体格发育调查不仅能反映出可能影响儿童成长发育的危险因素，还能间接反映出一个国家地区的政治、经济及文化的发展情况。本次研究是对江苏省苏州市觅渡小学学生的体格发育进行调查，通过对该校一到六年级共12个班学生的身高和体重的测量，分析出近期苏州市小学生体格发育的趋势和肥胖情况，根据调查结果的反馈找出儿童体格发育存在的主要问题，并查阅相关的文献资料借鉴国内外的经验分析出这些问题产生的主要原因，并为该学校的儿童保健工作提出建议从而促进儿童少年健康成长。文献综述 苏州市觅渡小学体格发育现状及分析:http://www.youerw.com/yixue/lunwen_92724.html
