大学生对校医务室的满意度探讨大学生医保的相关问题

摘要：我们大学生的身体健康情况影响着生活的方方面面，大学生医疗保险在不断地改革发展。本研究通过对我校学生进行校医务室的满意度调查，将落脚点立于大学生医保，考察大学生就医和医疗保障情况，通过对上海医保政策的分析、对我校大学生实行与医保相关的问卷调查、对医务室相关人员进行实地访谈，加上对发达国家实施良好效果的大学生医保政策进行参考借鉴，改善医保相关问题,在探讨大学生医保问题时发现医疗卫生体制、三方主体、医疗保险制度方面都存在一定的问题,因此本文意在为大学生医保的改善提出有用的建议。本研究初步得出以下结论:一是继续加强医疗卫生体制的一些改革,优化医疗资源配置、加强对医疗卫生服务的监管、推广私营医院发展；二是加强高校、校医务室、大学生三方的合作与沟通；三是建立全国统一的大学生医疗保险制度和多层次的大学生医疗保险体系、实施强制医保、建立大学生个人账户、实行医疗待遇差别化以及取消起付线。79759
