摘要本文在综合分析了影响高速公路交通安全诸多因素的基础上,建立了适用于高速公路运营安全的诊断指标体系，提出了将主观与客观相结合、建立组合权重诊断模型对高速公路交通安全水平进行诊断的方法，其中主观上采用层次分析法确定指标权重，客观上利用熵权法确定指标权重，最后再采用数据包络分析方法对一次诊断结果做二次相对诊断。本文直接采用江苏省高速公路数据进行实例分析，通过对高速公路进行风险诊断以及划分风险预警等级达到了对高速公路的综合诊断，能够有效地改善高速公路运营安全水平。86072

Title Risk diagnosis and early warning management of highway safety operation in JIANGSU Province
Abstract Based on the comprehensive analysis of the influence of the expressway traffic safety factors based on established applicable to diagnosis index system of the highway operation safety, and puts forward the subjective and objective is established by combining the combination weight diagnostic model on highway traffic safety level of diagnosis method, which subjectively by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) analysis method to determine the index weight and objectively by using entropy weight method to determine the index weight, finally using data envelopment analysis method of diagnosis of the secondary relative diagnosis。 In this work, we use data of JIANGSU Province Expressway for instance of the application, by on the highway to risk diagnosis and classification of risk warning levels reached The comprehensive diagnosis of the highway can effectively improve the safety level of the highway operation。
