摘要海上石油产量占全球石油产量的比重越来越大。油服船作为海上石油开采重要的辅助工程船,多年来持续受到国内外市场追捧,国内外船东花费重金扩大和更新自己的船队规模。盐水系统是油服船重要的液货系统之一,不仅可以驳运盐水,调配新鲜的钻井液,而且可以回收钻井废液。快速高效地输送盐水以及调配不同类型的盐水钻井液,将是未来盐水系统主要的发展方向。86632
本文从盐水系统的组成、主要设备以及设备指标等方面进行了详细介绍,分析盐水系统的结构特点、工作过程以及操作要求,进而对盐水系统的设计选型进行了讨论,并提供了盐水系统原理图。针对盐水系统主要功能,建立盐水系统的数学模型,用Matlab/Simulink软件对数学模型进行仿真验证,并结合WebAccess软件,建立可视化界面,实现对盐水系统的实时监测。

Abstract Offshore oil production accounts for the proportion of global oil production is growing。OSV as an important auxiliary engineering ship in offshore oil exploitation,over the years continued to be sought after by domestic and foreign markets, domestic and foreign shipowners spent heavily to expand and update their fleet size。Brine system is one of the important liquid cargo systems of OSV。Not only can transfer the brine to the mud system,which can prepare drilling fluid,but also can recycle drilling waste。How quickly and efficiently transport and preparation different types of drilling fluid have a very important significance for oil exploitation,improving work efficiency, reducing costs and so on。
In this paper, the composition of the brine system, main equipment and equipment indicators are introduced in detail,and analyzing the structural characteristics, working process and operation requirements of the brine system,Then the design and selection of the brine system are discussed and provides the schematic diagram of the brine system。According to the main function of the brine system,establishing mathematical model system ,using Matlab/Simulink to verify the mathematical of the model。and combining with WebAccess software to establish visual interface and monitor the brine system。
