摘要随着油服船的发展,船上各系统的安排以及性能也得到越来越多的重视,而货运淡水系统是油服船的重要组成部分,目前货运淡水系统由单一的储水、供水功能向复杂的多功能化发展。本文实现了货运淡水系统自动化,满足监测、调配的要求。86631
首先对货运淡水系统进行了系统设计,根据轮机手册选择相关管材以及阀件,再利用CAD绘制货运淡水系统原理图。根据船舶静力学知识计算出船舶倾斜角,在MATLAB/Simulink软件提供的交互式仿真环境下根据这些计算建立相应的数学模型,将各个模块结合起来,对整个货运淡水系统淡水调运进行动态仿真,通过输入不同状态下淡水舱中淡水的水深,得到在当前状态下油服船的倾斜角,然后控制泵和阀的开关,开始调运淡水直到油服船平稳,最后利用Webaccess实现界面可视化,对系统进行监测。

Abstracts With the development of oil service ship, arrangement and performance of each system has also been more and more attention, while cargo fresh water system is an important part of the oil service ship。 Currently cargo fresh water system has developed from a single water storage and water supply functions to complex multi-functional。This paper realizes the automation of fresh water cargo system, to meet the requirements of monitoring and deployment。
First of all, designed the fresh water cargo system,and used CAD to draw the principle diagram of the fresh water cargo system, and then select the relevant pipe and valve parts according to the turbine manua。 Then, calculate ship tilt angle based on the knowledge of ship statics, Using software MATLAB / Simulink establish corresponding mathematical model。 Then combined each module and simulate the whole system。 By inputting different state fresh water depth of the fresh water tank to give the inclination angle at the current state of oil service boats。 And control the switch of the pump and valve, began transporting fresh water until the oil service ship stable。Finally using Webaccess to realize the interface can be realized, and the system is monitored。
