摘要:在当今社会,单片机的运用越来越广泛,电子产品中几乎都能看见它的身影。单片机有众多优点,比如:功能性强、体积小、可靠性高、造价低和开发周期短,其中车载即热式电热水器就是一个典型的例子。本次的设计才用的单片机是一块C51芯片——STC89C51。本次设计分为硬件和软件两部分,硬件部分包括:单片机系统及外围电路、电源电路、按键输入电路、LED数码管及指示灯电路、报警电路、加热控制电路和温度检测电路等,其中温度检测部分采用了经典的低成本的温度/频率转换测温法,用到了一个1kΩ的热敏电阻;对于加热部分的控制,我利用可控硅来控制加热丝的功率;对系统的可靠性安全性加以考虑,利用继电器来控制电源,在关机或者超温时保证切断对加热丝供电。软件部分包括了系统显示扫描、按键扫描处理、加热控制和温度检测等。23263

Design of Rapid Heating Type Vehicle Electric Water Heater based on the C51-series Singlechip
Abstract:In today's society, the use of single-chip is more and more widely, almost can see it in the electronic products. Single-chip microcomputer has many advantages, such as: strong function, small volume, high reliability, low cost and short development cycle. Rapid heating type Vehicle electric water heater is a typical example.A C51 chip -- STC89C51 is used in this design. This design is pided into two parts of hardware and software.The hardware part includes:single chip microcomputer system and peripheral circuit, power supply circuit, a key input circuit, LED digital tube and the indicator light circuit, alarm circuit, heating control circuit and the temperature detection circuit. The temperature detection part adopts the low cost of classical temperature/frequency conversion temperature measurement method, used the thermal a resistor of 1K; For the control of heating part, I use the power thyristor to control the heating wire; The reliability of the safety of the system into consideration, to control the power supply with relay, cut off power supply to ensure heating wire in shutdown or super high temperature. The software part includes the scanning, key scan processing, heating control and temperature detection system.
