摘要阻抗测量在现代科学研究和生产生活中有重要地位。阻抗分析仪是材料特性研究和电子部件质量控制不可或缺的工具,同时在油品质检测、超声波等传感器技术上也有广泛应用。
现代的阻抗分析仪是一种通用的、高度自动化的测量仪器。本文设计了一种由单片机控制的基于高精度阻抗转换芯片AD5933的新型多量程复阻抗测量系统。阻抗测量电路选用STM32系列单片机作为控制核心,使用双通道低输出阻抗CMOS运放AD8606搭建了信号调理电路,通过IIC总线实现单片机与阻抗转换芯片AD5933的通讯,并使用Labview设计上位机程序以实现界面显示和数据处理。最后,分别使用本测量系统和阻抗分析仪Aligent 4294A对多组纯电阻电路、RC串联电路和RC并联电路的阻抗和相位进行了测试,将二者的测试结果进行对比分析,结果表明,本测量系统测量精度满足要求,为该设计的实际用途做了打下基础。25808

Title Design and Application of Impedance System
Abstract
Impedance measurement in modern scientific research and production has important position in life. Impedance analyzer is material properties research and electronic components indispensable tool for quality control, at the same time on the oil quality testing, such as ultrasonic sensor technology has a wide range of applications.
Modern impedance analyzer is a generic, highly automated measuring instrument. In this paper, we design a controlled by single chip microcomputer based on high precision impedance conversion chip AD5933 new multiscale complex impedance measurement system. Impedance measurement circuit selects the STM32 series single chip microcomputer as control core, using dual channel low output impedance CMOS op-amp AD8606 structures, the signal conditioning circuit, the realization through the IIC bus microcontroller and impedance conversion chip AD5933 communications, and use the Labview PC program design in order to realize the interface display and data processing. Finally, respectively, the use of the measuring system and Aligent 4294 a impedance analyzer for more groups of pure resistance circuit, RC series circuit and RC parallel circuit impedance and phase were tested, compare the test results analysis, the results show that the measurement precision meet the requirements of the measuring system made to lay the foundation for the design of practical use.
