摘要为了实现固体火箭发动机的多次启动,各个国家提出了脉冲发动机这一概念,这种发动机是采用隔离装置将固体火箭发动机的燃烧室分成多个部分,然后进行多次关机、启动,合理的分配推力及各脉冲之间的时间间隔。双脉冲发动机是脉冲发动机中结构最简单的一种。28953
本文着重双脉冲发动机的设计,首先根据任务指标进行双脉冲发动机的基本参量的预定,确定了它的总体结构形式;之后对发动机的各部分结构进行了设计。随后对设计进行校核,计算内弹道,计算全弹特征参量,确定了设计能够满足任务要求。最后对双脉冲发动机工作过程中隔层耦合传热过程进行了仿真,研究了二脉冲发动机工作时,发动机燃烧室内的流场分布特征,分析了一脉冲燃烧室表明的温度、对流换热系数分布,对双脉冲发动机的设计提供参考。

Title The Study on Numerical Simulation of DPM Working Process Coupling Heat Transfer
Abstract
In order to achieve solid rocket motor started several times, countries have proposed the concept of the pulse of the engine, the engine is the use of isolation means the solid rocket engine combustion chamber is pided into multiple parts, and multiple shutdown and star-up, and all rational allocation of thrust time interval between pulses. Double pulse motor is a pulse motor in one of the simplest structure.
This article focuses on the design of double-pulse engine, the first basic parameters of the double pulse of a predetermined engine according to the task index to determine its overall formal structure; the various parts of the structure after the engine has been designed. Then check the design, calculation of interior ballistic calculation of the whole shells characteristic parameter determined designed to meet mission requirements. Finally, double-pulse engine compartment coupled heat transfer process during the simulation to study the second pulse of the engine work, the flow field characteristics of the engine combustion chamber, the analysis showed a pulse combustion chamber temperature, convective heat transfer coefficient distribution for double-pulse engine designed to provide a reference.
