摘要硬目标侵彻引信是侵彻弹药实现作战功能的控制中枢,引信的性能直接决定侵彻弹药能否有效对既定目标进行精确打击。因此,硬目标侵彻引信的研制是侵彻弹药研制过程中的重点。为了研究硬目标侵彻引信,本次毕业设计利用多次冲击实验机对硬目标侵彻过程进行模拟实验的研究。
本文以高速多次撞击装置为研究对象,首先介绍了冲击装置的背景及国内外研究现状,简述了本论文完成的主要任务;然后提出方案的总体设计,画出原先方案的机构的简图,并对其进行改进,最终确定方案的内容;接着使用Solidworks创建撞击装置零件的三文模型,将零件进行装配,再利用ADAMS软件对设计出来的三文模型进行动力学仿真与分析,并且将仿真的结果进行后处理,分析仿真结果得出相应的结论;针对重要零件进行分析计算,最后对方案的传动进行分析与设计,确保系统的的正常运行并且最终的高速多次撞击装置符合设计的要求。30043

Abstract
Hard Target Penetration Fuze is "control center" to achieve penetration ammunition combat functions , Penetration ammunition fuze performance directly decide whether precision oftarget effectively. So, the development of hard target penetration fuze is the key in the process of the development of penetration ammunition.In order to study hard target penetration fuze, the graduation project uses repeated impact testing machine to simulate the process of hard target penetration.
This paper mainly studies the high speed impact device.First of all,the background of the impact device and the research status at home and abroadis introduced in the paper.The main tasks to complete will be briefly described in this paper,then the overall design is introduced,draw a diagram institutions of the original plan and improve it ,the final project will be determined.Using Solidworks to create model of all parts and assemble all parts,then using ADAMS to design the three-dimensional model for the simulation and analysis.Dealing with the results of simulation ,we can come to the conclusion by analysing the results.we must analyse and calculate important parts.finally,we need analysis and design scheme of the transmission ,make ensure the normal operation of the system and meet the requirements of final design.
