Abstract:PLC automatic weighing and mixing system is a new technology product of PLC controller, process control, network technology and heating device, automatic weighing technology.It has the features of strong control, high reliability, easy operation and easy maintenance.PLC automatic weighing and mixing system results in the superior control in paper-making, cement production, and pharmaceutical production and food processing and most of the chemical production process are widely used and consistent praise.Based on the practical engineering project are introduced, first introduces the Rockwell controller and the software programming, then from the aspects of hardware design, graphic configuration detailed ControlLogix in automatic weighing and mixing system application and programming manual and automatic operation function.
