摘要船舶振动会对船舶造成极大地危害,所以说采取合适的减振措施是非常必要 的。其中动力吸振器是常用的的减振方法之一,被普遍应用于船舶辅机减振中。
本文针对船舶辅机吸振系统,运用 MATLAB 中 Simulink 模块对安装动力吸 振器前后的辅机系统进行建模。重点研究动力吸振器中的质量、刚度和阻尼等三 种参数对动力吸振系统的影响规律,并对辅机系统吸振前后的振动量进行了对比。本文研究的空气压缩机系统的质量为 26 kg ,仿真研究了吸振器质量分别为1。5 kg 、2 kg 和 2。5 kg 时的吸振效果。通过比较三种不同质量的动力吸振器减振 的效果,得到如下结论(1)三种不同质量的动力吸振器都可以不同程度的减小 系统的振动,其中 2。5 kg 的吸振器减振效果最好。吸振效率随质量的增大而增大。
(2)动力吸振器吸振效率随阻尼增大而减小,其阻尼和吸振效率基本呈线性关 系。(3)总存在一个刚度使主系统振幅最小,此刚度对用的吸振器固有频率等 于激振力频率,当吸振器固有频率和主系统激振频率偏差较大时,动力吸振器的 吸振效率急剧下降,甚至可能加大主系统的振幅。综合上述分析,本文最后采用的动力吸振器主要参数为:吸振器质量为 2。5 kg ,刚度为 222682。95 N / m ,阻尼6。5 N s / m 。在上述参数下得到的吸振效率为 91。9%,所以采用合适的动力吸振 器能够很好地减弱辅机的振动。83382

Abstract Vibration is greatly harmful to ship, so it is very necessary to take appropriate measures to decrease vibration。 The vibration absorber damping is one of commonly used methods, which is widely used in auxiliary damping of ship 。
In this paper,we use Simulink blocks which is in MATLAB to bulid the model of auxiliary vibration absorbing systems before and after the setup of vibration absorber。 For the system of marine auxiliary vibration absorbing,I focuse on the vibration absorber in three parameters, mass, stiffness and damping on the dynamic influence of vibration absorption system。 Besides, I also compared auxiliary systems and the amount of vibration absorbing vibration before and after。 In this paper, the quality of
the air compressor system is 26 kg and the simulation of the vibration mass arevibration absorbing effect 1。5 kg , 2 kg and 2。5 kg 。 By comparison of three differentquality of vibration absorber, three conclusions are as follows: (1) three different quality of vibration absorber can be varying degrees of vibration reduction system tosome degree, and the effect of 2。5 kg of vibration damping is the best。Vibration
