摘要:计算机技术,控制技术和通讯技术,为我们实现高自动化水平提供了有力的技术保证,对自动化的生产工艺的开发带来了深远的影响。工业控制系统已经从常规的仪表和继电器逻辑控制系统逐步发展到了PLC控制系统。本文的主要内容是完成玻璃窑炉串级控制系统的设计和研究,包括过程控制系统的特点,设计要求,硬件选型和软件设计的内容。通过建立温度控制系统的硬件配置,并以此为基础来进行软件设计。进行硬件选型,确定好阀门、传感器等后,画出系统流程图。然后用RSLogix500进行梯形图程序设计,最后用VB进行监控界面设计,在上位机上监控系统运行状态。本文结合VB环境编程的便利性,采用可靠的OPC接口建立PLC和VB之间的数据通讯。在VB中编写控制算法,最终实现对玻璃窑炉控制系统的精确控制。通过本文介绍罗克韦尔PLC,可基本了解这些软件的使用方法;也可了解玻璃窑炉的工作方式及控制方法,加深对自动化工业控制的认识。34402

The glass furnace control system based on OPC
Abstract: Computer technology, control technology and communication technology,provide us with the high level of automation to provide a strong technical guarantee,the development of automation technology has brought a far-reaching impact。The industrial control system has been developed from the conventional instrumentation and relay logic control system to the PLC control system。The main content of this paper is to complete the design and research of the cascade control system of the glass furnace,including the characteristics of the process control system,the design requirements。the hardware selection and the contents of the software design。The hardware configuration of the temperature control system is established,and the software design is carried out。Hardware selection,determine the valve,sensors,etc with VB design PC management system。drawing a system flow chart。Then the ladder diagram program design with RSLogix500,and finally with the VB to monitor the interface design,the upper computer monitoring system running state。In this paper,with the convenience of VB environment programming,the reliable OPC interface is used to establish data communication between VB and PLC。In the VB,the control algorithm is written,and the precision control of the glass furnace control system is achieved。Through this paper, Rockwell PLC is introduced,which can understand the use of the software,and also can understand the working mode and control method of glass furnace,and deepen the understanding of the automation industry control。
