摘 要空气压缩机(简称空压机)是许多工业领域的重要设备之一,其主要功能是用来压缩空气产生动力,从而带动一些工业设备(如钻,锤,气动扳手,气动喷砂等) 。空压机能否正常运行,对矿山等工业现场有着直接重大的影响。根据相关规定,空压机必须有一定的保护措施,尤其针对使用时温度高、排气压力大等问题。就目前空压机的使用状况,矿山等工业现场急需较为有效、完善、可靠的监测控制系统。本设计是以 5 台空气压缩机作为背景来研究的,使用了 MCGS 作为系统机的控制软件的空压机组集散控制系统设计,整个设计的中心是 PLC 和智能仪表,并以对应的传感器、执行器、人机接口装置构成了整个控制系统。本设计的控制系统主要有现场控制层和上位机监控层。 现场控制层中主要是可编程控制器配合智能仪表,并通过使用一些传感器变送器来进行传递参数信息;组态软件MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System)作为上位机监控层的监控软件。空压机组集散控制系统的设计可以对每台空压机当前的状态和运行的参数实现显示,对空压机发生的故障可以及时报警处理。上位机与下位机之间的通信采用的是 RS-485 总线,两者之间既联系又独立,现场的操作工人能够通过控制柜和系统机上的画面显示对空压机组实施操作。38048

Abstract Air compressor (compressor) is one of the important equipment inmany industrial fields.Its biggest role is used to compress air,whichled to some industrial equipment (such as drill,hammer,pneumaticwrench,pneumatic sand blasting,etc.).The air compressor can runnormally, have great influence on the whole industrial filed. Accordingto the provisions of the mining production,the air compressor musthave certain protection measures,mainly to solve the problem such astemperature,pressure etc.The use of air compressor,monitoring andcontrol system for mine industrial site in need of more effective, reliable,perfect.This design with 5 sets of air compressor as the research object, withthe MCGS control software of monitoring system of air compressordesign, the design is the center of PLC and intelligent instrument, and thecorresponding sensor, execution unit, man-machine interface unit to forman air compressor set of distributed control system.The control systemhas the field control layer and monitoring layer.Field control layer in thecenter point is programmable logic controller (PLC) and intelligentinstrument,and through the use of some sensor transmitter to transmitparameter information;PC monitoring layer using Monitor and ControlGenerated System(MCGS) to control the whole system.It completes thework such as reality monitoring,control,alarm,etc.Field control layerand control layer of information transmission through the RS-485 bus,and both of them are interrelated and relatively independent,workers cancontrol cabinet and system computer screen through the display of aircompressor operation.
