摘要近年来,随着社会和经济的不断发展,人们生活水平也在不断地提高,车辆的拥有量大幅度增加。随之产生的问题就是公共场所进出口对车辆的控制和管理,而目前大多数小区进出口是采用人工记录和操作的方式,其在管理时存在很多不确定因素,因此管理效率低下。本课题将设计一套车辆控制管理系统,满足社会发展的需要,并达到一定程度的自动化和智能化。
在本课题中,将实现长期用户固定卡车主在进出时无需停车,而且在识别时不仅仅是RFID中阅读器与标签之间的识别,还有摄像头对车牌的识别,两者相结合更加能够保证“一车一卡”的实现。系统将自动记录进出时间,并且会保存到数据库中可供以后进行查询;对外来车辆发放临时卡,系统中也会记录大概的基本信息以及进出时间,在临时卡车辆离开小区时,根据停留的时间收取一定的费用;进出小区的车辆和车主的信息都会记入数据库,普通用户和管理员可以登录管理系统,对数据库中的数据进行查询、添加、删减和更改。38494
本设计可以一定程度上保证小区车辆的安全性,缓解小区街道拥堵的现象,促进了小区的和谐。而且本设计不仅适用于住宅小区,也可用于大型收费停车场。

The design can ensure the safety of the residential area, ease the phenomenon of the street congestion, and promote the harmony of the district. And this design is not only suitable for residential area, but also for large toll parking.
