摘要在我国国民经济快速发展的同时,用于人们生产生活的电力的需求量也在不断加大,在确保配电网运行可靠的前提下,将供电的质量进一步进行提升,降低配电网络的损耗,使系统运行更加经济成为了电力工作者的工作重点。配电网系统无功优化除了能够能够使运行的电压的水平保持稳定,还能够在较大程度降低配电网当中的网损,这对于提高配电网系统的稳定,降低配电网运行的经济成本具有十分重要的意义。 39705
本文对配电网无功功率控制的原则以及无功补偿装置的补偿原理、投切依据等进行了探讨,建立了以年支出费用最小为目标的数学模型。并且对配电网当中的无功优化部分当中的遗传算法在实际应用中存在的不足进行了分析,根据配电网的特征,在传统遗传算法中的遗传算子和适应度的判断依据的基础上进行了较大的改进并且提出了一种改进的遗传算法,缩短其该算法的计算时间提高了该算法的适应能力。

In this paper, the principle of the distribution network as well as reactive power control of the principle of compensation capacitor switching were discussed on the basis of the establishment of the annual expenses for minimal mathematical models. And for lack of distribution network among reactive part of the optimization of genetic algorithm in which practical application is analyzed, according to the characteristics of distribution network in the traditional genetic algorithm is determined on the basis of genetic operators and fitness foundation carried out on a greater improvement and an improved genetic algorithm to shorten the calculation time of the algorithm which improves the algorithm's ability to adapt.
