摘要:物品质量的称量在日常生活中扮演着很重要的角色,随着科学技术的发展,称量的方式也在不断地突破,从开始的杆秤发展为现在的电子秤。电子秤因其快速、精确、方便一直受到广大用户的青睐。39886
本文设计的基于单片机的电子秤由信息采集模块、A/D转换模块、主控模块、和显示模块组成。信息采集部分可以采用压力传感器CZL-A读取物品的质量,然后把质量转变为电压信号,模/数转换部分使用24位的模/数转换器HX711将连续的电信号转变为数字信号,主控模块采用STC89C52存储、计算,实现电子秤的称重与价格计算,最终通过LCD1602液晶屏显示。此设计所能承受的重量不能超过10KG,在所称物品的质量超过5千克的情况下,单片机会启动报警器报警提示用户此物品质量已经超过电子秤的最大称重质量。本文设计的电子秤具有便携、精度高、快速等优点,有着广泛的应用前景

The Electronic Scale Based on Single Chip Microcomputer

This article design the electronic scale based on single chip microcomputer ,it consists of the information acquisition module, A/D conversion module, main control module, and display module. Information acquisition part can use pressure sensor CZL –A to read the quality of the item, and then put the quality into voltage signal, A/D conversion module use 24 A/D conversion HX711 to change electrical signal into digital signal, its main control module use STC89C52 to storage and calculate. The electronic scale can implementate the electronic weighing and price calculation, finally it can use LCD1602 to display.This design can bear the weight of not more than 10 kg, when measured weight greater than 5 kg, system will drive buzzer rings to remind the user that it is more than maximum range. The experiment shows that the electronic scale has the advantages of portable, high accuracy, fast, and it will has a broad application prospect.
