摘要煤炭是重要的能源,在利用煤炭的过程中一般都需要煤炭的暂存装置煤仓,其主要功能是起到缓存的作用。生产中要根据料位的信息控制煤仓进煤出煤,因此料位的信息的准确性就尤为重要了。此外,随着现代工厂自动化设备不断更新,对料位计也提出了新的要求。40906
本设计利用新型的激光测距传感,结合运动控制系统将煤面上的多个点数据传送到LabVIEW,LabVIEW进行数据处理,显示出煤仓煤面的三文拟合图,并对料位信息进行显示存储能实现空仓满仓报警。
煤仓煤面三文曲面的拟合是通过对煤面上点进行数据采集,然后将离散化的点重新组合,利用插值法将煤面的三文曲面拟合出来。为实现煤面各点自动采集,要将激光测距传感器与云台结合,利用PLC控制云台,实现系统的控制要求。

Abstract
Coal is an important source of energy. The use of coal in the process, generally requires coal bunker and its function is temporarily stored coal. and its main function is to act as cache. Entering or leaving the coal bunker is controlled based on the material level information, therefore, the accuracy of the material level of information is particularly important. In addition, with a modern factory automation equipment constantly updated, on the level gauge is also put forward new requirements.
In order to multiple points of data is transmitted to LabVIEW , new laser ranging sensors and motion control systems being combined. Then LabVIEW will a three-dimensional surface of the coal bunker after data processing, and the material level information will be displayed and stored. If short positions or Full warehouse appears, equipment will alarm.
Three-dimensional surface of coal face is the combination of discrete points that collected from the coal face and insertion points that is obtained using interpolation algorithm. Laser distance sensor and PTZ combined for achieveing more points of coal face and the PTZ is controlled by PLC, to achieve control system requirements.
