本海拔仓控制系统设计主要是运用西门子 WINCC 组态软件和SIMATIC S7-300系列PLC来设计海拔仓试验室控制系统。首先总体介绍系统工艺流程和功能需求,并就此完善系统总体设计方案。其次通过WINCC组态软件进行上位机完整设计,包括报警记录、变量组态、交叉索引和用户管理等界面。

Title WINCC-based Control Systems for altitude bin
Abstract
With the development of computer hardware and software technology and automation products showing a miniaturization, network, PC, the development trend of open and low cost, and gradually formed a variety of standard hardware, software and network structure system. Monitoring configuration software has become one of the bridges and ties, it is an indispensable key component in automation system integration. In real life, people of transportation safety and environmental adaptability of the proposed higher requirements, set at an altitude of positions of various environmental conditions, a simulation test is carried out. In this way, the actual product testing various properties. Therefore, the construction of an automated warehouse test room must be put on the agenda.
Motomi Kura control system design is the use of SIEMENS WINCC configuration software and S7-300 SIMATIC series PLC to design the altitude chamber test room temperature and humidity and pressure control system. At first, the process flow and functional requirements of the system are summarized, and the overall design scheme of the system is improved.
