摘要为了适应现代战争的需要,武器系统需要在各种严酷条件(如高湿度、高盐度等)下进行工作。在恶劣的工作环境下会增加电缆出现故障的几率,通过对电缆绝缘性能和导通性能的测试可以更快的发现和处理电缆的故障,从而提高武器系统的可靠性和稳定性。43295
武器系统中导线多,一旦发生故障可能会引起整个系统的崩溃。在武器系统工作时若不能及时定位故障的位置,会让武器系统的作战效能或打击精度大大降低。
导通电阻反映出电路中两点之间的通断关系。若是过大会影响电路系统效率而且会引起器件发热减少器件使用寿命和使用安全度。所以准确、快速的测量出导通电阻十分重要。
绝缘电阻表示出电路中独立构件之间的绝缘程度。绝缘电阻的测量装置应有智能化,精确化,快速化的特点。但是现有的绝缘电阻测试方法存在测试效率低,测试精度差等缺点不符合实际要求。针对这些问题提出了由上位机、下位机和电缆接口转接箱组成的绝缘电阻智能测试仪的解决方案。
上位机包括人机交互模块、数据处理模块以及硬件接口模块。上位机通过RS-232串口与下位机相连,将下位机的测试所得数据上传到上位机进行数据处理,并且将处理完的数据输出为.TXT文件。
下位机主要包括STM32F107微控制器系统、导通电阻继电器矩阵板、绝缘电阻继电器矩阵板、转接插头、电源电路板和信号转换系统。其中STM32F107微控制器系统由I/O扩展电路部分、控制电路部分、采样电路部分、隔离放大电路以及STM32F107VCT6微控制器组成。STM32F107微控制器通过控制继电器矩阵行列上电位的变化控制继电器的通断,来选择导通电阻继电器矩阵和绝缘电阻继电器矩阵不同测试点。采用下位机大大提高测试的速度。
本课题中主要介绍了绝缘电阻智能测试装置的硬件和软件。设计出来的绝缘电阻智能测试装置具有快速、灵活、方便等特点,自动化程度高,极大地减小了人为因素给测试带来的误差。可以调节输出不同的测试电压,以适应不同型号和芯数要求不同测量电压的电缆。

The conducting resistance reflects the relationship between two points in the circuit.If the resistance is too large, it will affect the efficiency of the circuit system and will cause the device to heat and reduce the service life and the use of the device.So it is very important to accurately and quickly measure the resistance.
The measuring device of insulation resistance should be intelligent, accurate and fast.But the existing insulation resistance test method has the shortcomings of low testing efficiency, poor test accuracy and so on, which does not meet the actual requirements.In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the solution of the insulation resistance tester which is composed of the upper machine, the lower computer and the cable interface adapter box.
