摘要在当今经济社会,人们的生活节奏越来越快,生活压力也越来越大,甚至一些年轻人都出现不同程度的腰酸背疼腿抽筋等各种身体不适,所以按摩等服务行业越来越受到人们的青睐,与此同时第三次工业革命即科学技术革命新兴的微电子单片机等嵌入式电子系统技术不断走向成熟,按摩器与电子技术联系越来越大,本毕业设计就是嵌入式系统MSP430单片机与传统的脚步按摩器相结合的产物。46009
本设计的按摩器根据人类需求设置了不同的按摩模式,并通过一些外观的显示让人直观地的了解不同的工作模式,利用MSP430单片机实现PWM脉冲宽度调制带动电机转动,通过改变不同的PWM的占空比得到不同的的转速,反映不同的工作模式,利用了L1602液晶显示屏和发光二极管显示不同的状态,主要分为电机驱动模块、液晶显示模块、二极管控制模块和按键控制四大模块,从而模拟脚步按摩器的工作原理。硬件上开始设计基础的电路草图然后用用Labview软件不断仿真模拟得到最后的电路图接着用Protle软件画出原理图以及封装图,软件上设计了一个主程序,以及按键控制程序、二极管控制程序、液晶屏显示程序和电机驱动程序4个子程序,利用中断把各个子程序调用起来,通过软件运行驱动硬件工作从而完成本毕业设计。

ABSTRACT In today's economy and society, people's increasingly fast pace of life, life pressure also and more and more, even some young people appear different degree of waist sour backache leg cramps and so on a variety of physical discomfort, so massage services industry gradually in people's lives. At the same time the emergence of the third industrial revolution, the revolution of science and technology in microelectronics single-chip embedded electronic systems technology continued to mature and, massager and electronic technology is becoming more and more, the design of this graduation design is embedded MCU MSP430 and traditional foot massage combined product.
Massager of this design according to the demand of the human set different massaging patterns, and through the appearance shown to make people intuitively know different working modes, using MSP430 MCU PWM pulse width modulation drives the motor to rotate, reflect the different work mode, by changing the accounted for different PWM duty cycle to different speed, using the L1024 display and diode display different state and main points for motor drive module, LCD display module, diode control module to simulate massager of engineering work. Hardware to foundation design the circuit diagram and use Labview software continuous simulation get the final circuit diagram and Protle software to draw the schematic diagram and package diagram, software design of a main program, and key control procedures, a diode control program, LCD display driver motor program and 4 sub procedures, using interrupt to call each subroutine, by running the software driven hardware to complete the graduation design.
