摘要采用以PLC控制为基础的的变频调速控制是将现代电气技术和计算机控制相结合的的先进技术,这一技术现已被广泛有效地应用于水泵节能和恒压供水领域。运用PLC控制进行变频的调速技术的水泵控制系统,充分利用了PLC、传感器、电气控制设备、变频器以及水泵组成闭环控制系统,从而达到保持供水管网的压力恒定的目的。是一种高度自动化、便于调速、运行过程安全可靠、能实现有效节能并拥有高效率供水能力的供水方式。本文就对这一系统的设计流程及运行结果进行了详细介绍。首先针对这一课题在国内外的发展情况进行比较讨论,并探讨了对于运用这一系统的意义。接着就从探讨中确立了本课题的研究内容和任务以及对相关内容进行的理论分析和分析后所得出的相应的解决方案。最后详细展现了系统的硬件设计中各项组成部分以及它的软件调试部分。硬件部分主要介绍了系统的一个总体框架设计,还有它的控制原理图,讲解了设备选型的过程和依据,以及它的接线原理图和输入输出端口分配。编程部分根据实验要求设计系统流程图,再根据流程图进行PLC程序的编写,最终进行仿真测试。其中着重说明了PID调节参数的设计以及它的相关PLC编程。46219
在社会实践中普遍显示恒压供水控制系统具有非常大的可行性,拥有巨大的现实意义。因此本次通过以PLC为基础进行控制,利用变频器实现电机的调速,并利用PID控制原理调节参数设计该系统,从而实现恒压供水,同时设计人机界面来实时监控,展现该系统的发展意义。
