摘要电力工业是国民经济重要的基础工业,我国的电力工业发展迅速,目前仍然以火力发电为主,水在火力发电厂的生产过程中,既担负着传递能量的作用,同时又担负着冷却介质的作用,因此在发电过程中,水处理占有重要的地位。所以,电厂水处理监控系统对提高火电厂的经济效益和社会效益起着重要作用。59216
本文研究了电厂水处理控制系统,介绍了电厂水处理自动控制系统的设计和基于工控组态软件的计算机监控系统的设计。本文首先根据电厂水处理工艺流程;按控制系统要求设计出了控制方案。下位机采用西门子PLC为核心控制器 ,负责整个系统的控制,包括各种信号的采集、各物理量的控制、运算、系统的保护、数字量和模拟量的输入输出控制、与其他设备之间的通讯等功能,从而保证系统的高效可靠运行。上位机采用Kingview上位机监控软件进行远程监控 ,实现了画面监测、参数设定和指令控制等功能,实时监控电厂水监控处理现场情况,达到整个电厂水处理过程得到有效监视和控制的目的。详细介绍了各子系统监视画面、趋势画面、报警画面和辅助画面等上位监控画面,并且对其中的画面和功能进行了详细的描述。

Abstract Electric power industry is an important basic industry in the national economy, China's power industry rapid development, is still the power based, water in thermal power plant in the production process, both responsible for a role of energy transfer, at the same time charged with the role of cooling medium, so in the generation process, water treatment plays an important role. Therefore, the power plant water treatment monitoring system plays an important role in improving the economic benefit and social benefit of thermal power plant.
This paper studies the water treatment control system of power plant, introduces the design of automatic control system of water treatment of power plant and the design of computer monitoring system based on industrial control configuration software. In this paper, firstly, according to the water treatment process of power plant, the control scheme is designed according to the control system. The lower position machine adopts Siemens PLC as the core controller, is responsible for the control of the whole system, including signal acquisition, the physical quantity control, operation, system protection, digital and analog input and output control, and other equipment between communication and other functions, so as to ensure the system reliable and efficient operation. PC using Kingview monitoring software of the host computer for remote monitoring, to achieve the functions of screen monitor, parameter set, command control, etc., and monitoring of real-time monitoring of power plant water treatment field and achieve the power plant water treatment process monitor and control.
