摘要据国外的有关资料介绍,公元前2800年在古代埃及,为了建造当时的金字塔,就曾使用过由人力驱动的升降机。电梯得以快速发展和广泛使用,还是始于18世纪末发明了电动机,随着电动机制造和用应用技术的发展,电梯的运行性能(即整体性能)得到了显著改善。61668
20世纪80年代末期,传统的继电器控制系统已逐渐被淘汰,新兴的可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)在载货电梯电气控制系统中的应用,使得电梯的可靠性和安全性实现了一次巨大的突破[1]。本文在介绍可编程逻辑控制器原理和结构的基础上,运用性能优越的西门子S7-200系列PLC实现对四层楼电梯的运行进行控制。分析了电梯的运动过程和逻辑关系,详细的叙述了四层楼电梯的PLC控制系统的设计方法,并且在最后的调试中实现了PLC对电梯模型的控制。

Abstract According to the information abroad, 2800 BC in ancient Egypt, then in order to build the pyramids, had been used by the human-powered lift. The rapid development and widespread use of elevator , began in the 18th century invention of the electric motor, with the development of motor manufacturing and application technology ,the elevator operating performance (overall performance) has been significantly improved.
After the late 1980s, traditional relay control system had gradually been eliminated.With the new programmable logic controller (PLC) and the microcomputer be applied in the freight elevator electrical control system, the reliability and safety of the elevator to achieve a great breakthrough . This paper introduces the principle and structure of the programmable logic controller, based on the use of the superior performance of Siemens S7-200 series PLC to control the four floors of the elevator operation. Analysis the movement of the elevator and the logical logical relationship.Detailed describe the four-storey elevator’s PLC control system design methods,and complete control of the elevator model during the final commissioning.
