摘要:随着社会的进步时代的发展,高楼大厦逐渐增多,电梯作为高楼大厦内的代步工具运输工具,其地位显得非常重要,所以对电梯的一些研究也显得非常的重要。如今电梯的使用率逐渐增多的情况下对电梯的安全、效率、节能等各项指标的要求也越来越高。本文用 WINCC 软件和 PLC 软件联合编程,设计出与实际生活紧密相关的五层三台电梯联合运行的程序。其中的目的在于提高电梯的安全性、稳定性、可靠性等安全性能。通过以 PLC 的编程对电梯进行合理有效的控制,用 WINCC 的图画监控观察 PLC 的编程是否正确。通过比较合理的设计,可以有效地提高电梯的效率等各项指标。首先,文中介绍电梯的基本组成。然后,说明其原理,通过框图介绍本文的设计思路,并解释框图构架。最后,提出三台电梯的调度算法,并进行校验,对比各类算法哪种是最算法,实现其中算法并提出自己见解。21513

PLC Elevator Group Control Simulation System
Abstract:With the development of social progress,buildings gradually increased,
high-rise elevator as a means of transport within the means of transport,its position is very
important,so we have to lift some of the studies is very important.Today,under the elevator
situation is gradually increasing usage of indicators elevator safety , efficiency , energy
conservation and other requirements are also increasing.
In this paper,a jointWINCC software and PLC software programming,design a program
of three five-story elevator closely associated with the real-life co-operation,which aims to
improve the safety performance of the elevator security,stability,reliability and so on.By
programming the PLC to be reasonable and effective control of the elevator,observation of
PLC programming is correct by comparing the rational design,can effectively improve the
efficiency of the indicators of the elevator withWINCC picture monitoring.
This paper first introduces the basic components of the elevator,and then explain its
principles,through block diagram introduce my design ideas and explain block diagram of the
architecture,the last three elevators proposed scheduling algorithm,and validation, various
algorithms compare what is the optimal algorithm achieve and put forward their own views which algorithm.
