摘要随着经济和社会的发展,电力事业进入高速发展阶段,电力营销由以生产为中心阶段进入以消费者为中心阶段。随着我国电力体制改革的深入和电力企业市场意识的增强,电力公司传统的用电营业管理逐步向全面的电力营销服务转换,新的以客户服务为宗旨的电力营销体系正在逐步建立。本论文就是对电力客服系统中电力故障报修子系统进行设计与实现。本系统基于Spring的MVC设计模式,利用其可维护性和可扩展性,软件的低耦合、高内聚的设计,实现了电力故障报修中对于报修信息的处理。通过电力故障报修系统的应用,强化了电力行业的内部管理,改善了服务质量,加快了维修速度,提高了客户满意度,创新了营销体系管理理念。61704

Title Research of Electric power fault repair system Based on the J2EE framework
Abstract: With the development of economy and society,the electric power industry has entered a stage of rapid development,electricty sales from the production stage as the center to the as the center stage of the consumer.And with the enhanced awareness of the depth and power of China's electric power system reform enterprise market,traditional power company's electricity business management gradually converted to full power marketing services, new customer service for the purpose of electric power marketing system is to gradually establish.In this paper,customer service is the System of Electricity Power Failure in the repair subsystem detail design process.The system is based on the Spring MVC design pattern,uses its maintenance and scalability, low coupling, high cohesion of software design to achieve a power failure to repair in the repair information processing. Through the power fault report the application of the system, strengthen the internal management of the electric power industry, and improve the service quality, speed up the repair rate and improve the customer satisfaction, innovation the marketing system management concept.
