摘要当前,随着科技的进步和现代战争对武器性能要求的提高,加之传统的固体发射药火炮(SPG)几乎已经发展到了极限,科研人员开始着手新概念火炮的研究,其中就有液体发射药火炮(LPG)。本文主要研究并建立了再生式液体发射药火炮(RLPG)点火过程模型,采用四阶龙格库塔法进行数值计算,借助VB 6.0编制计算软件,对23mmRLPG点火过程进行了数值模拟,获得了RLPG点火及喷射过程中燃烧室和贮液室内的p-t曲线,与实验结果吻合较好。在此基础上,研究了多种因素对RLPG点火过程中燃烧室、贮液室压力大小、上升速率的影响。研究结果对指导RLPG点火过程设计有一定的参考价值。64275

Title: Regenerative Liquid Gun ignition model and numerical simulation

Abstract Nowadays, with the advancement of technology and performance of weapons for modern warfare requirements increase, coupled with traditional solid propellant gun (SPG) has been developed almost to the limit , the researchers began to study the new concept of artillery , of which there are liquid propellant gun (LPG). This paper studies and establishes the Regenerative Liquid Propellant Gun (RLPG) ignition process model, using fourth-order Runge-Kutta method for numerical calculations, with the help of VB 6.0 software, 23mm RLPG ignition process was simulated to obtain the p-t curve in the combustion chamber and the reservoir chamber of RLPG ignition and injection process ,and the numerical results is in good agreement with the experimental results . Based on this , a variety of factors that influence the size of the pressure in ignition chamber and reservoir chamber, the rate of increase during the RLPG ignition process were studied . Findings to guide RLPG ignition process design has some reference value.
