如今,电气控制技术发展愈加成熟,正不断应用在与人们息息相关的国民经济中。而作为时下最受重视和应用的可编程逻辑控制器因为其体积小节省空间、编程简单直观、组装灵活方便等特点正被广泛应用到工业生产过程中。通过PLC良好的组网能力,PID 算法的精确控制,从而使电机控制系统变得更加完善。这项技术为工业生产过程实现了自动化控制,保证了其安全性、可靠性和便捷性,同时也在不断满足着生产工艺对自动化水平提出的苛刻要求并由此逐渐走向成熟,若将其应用于轨道交通行业中同样能产生相当大的效用。

Design of Electric Control and Acquisition Module for Rail Inspection

Abstract:The main contents of this project are the design of electric control and acquisition module of rail inspection vehicle. Through the research and inspection of electrical control technology and other related literature, combined with PLC, PID, encoder and other related technical knowledge proposed rail inspection and electronic control module and simulation experiments.

     Today, the development of electrical control technology is becoming more mature and is being used in the national economy, which is closely related to people. And as nowadays the most attention and application of programmable logic controller because of its small size to save space, simple and intuitive programming, flexible assembly and other features are being widely used in industrial production process. Through the PLC good networking capabilities, PID algorithm, precise control, so that the motor control system has become more perfect. This technology for the industrial production process to achieve automatic control to ensure its safety, reliability and convenience, but also continue to meet the production process of the automation level of the demanding requirements and thus gradually mature, if its application In the rail transportation industry can also produce considerable utility.
