摘要:温度的精确控制一直以来在工业生产和人类生活当中占有非常重要的作用,温度的智能化控制精度直接影响工业生产的控制效果,温度控制几乎在任何领域都有应用,但是控制精度和智能化水平都不高,本文基于以上存在的问题设计了一款基于ARM的温度控制器设计,以满足现代化智能控制应用。71326

本文首先介绍了智能温度控制在国内外研究现状,然后对本课题涉及到的温度传感器及温度采集原理,液晶,专家PID算法等方面的知识进行了介绍,深入分析并了解其功能和需求之后对系统的整体软硬件相关的知识进行了分别的介绍,搭建了硬件实物平台对智能温度控制进行了实验,最后可以通过人机交互界面实时观察到当前的温度工作状态,是处于非工作状态,加热状态还是制冷状态,可以通过按键调节温度的精度范围。从最后的实验结果可以看出,此控制系统可以实现对温度的智能精确控制,可以应用于工业生产。

Design of Temperature Controller Based on ARM

Abstract:Accurate temperature control has always been in the industrial production and human life which occupies a very important role, the temperature of the intelligent control of the direct impact of industrial production control effect, temperature control is almost in any field applications, but the control accuracy and intelligence level Is not high, this paper based on the above problems designed a ARM-based temperature controller design to meet the needs of modern intelligent control applications.

  This paper introduces the research status of intelligent temperature control at home and abroad, and then introduces the knowledge of temperature sensor and temperature acquisition principle, liquid crystal and expert PID algorithm, and then analyzes and understand its function and demand. The overall hardware and software related knowledge of the system were introduced separately, the hardware platform was built on the intelligent temperature control experiment, and finally through the human-computer interaction interface real-time observation of the current temperature working state, is in the non-working state, heating State or cooling state, you can adjust the temperature range by pressing the key. From the final experimental results can be seen that the control system can achieve intelligent control of temperature, can be applied to industrial production.
