摘要现如今,太阳能作为世界上最干净清洁环保的新能源之一,正得到愈加广泛 地应用。太阳能并网发电系统中不可或缺的设备是光伏并网逆变器,逆变器的稳 定性和效率等性能决定了整个系统性能的好坏,因此光伏逆变器以及相关的技术 成为当今的研究热点。72245
本次设计研究的是家用 3kW 单相光伏并网逆变器,用到的芯片有 UC3875 和 TMS320F2812,前者是移相控制器,后者是整个系统的控制核心。首先介绍 主电路结构和工作原理以及控制办法;接下来详细分析了系统中所用到的控制、 隔离驱动等电路的工作原理,并且对关键元器件进行了选型;本文较为深入地分 析研究了并网系统的软件部分,软件设计在系统中占有很重要的地位,系统可以 实现:正弦 PWM 的产生、周期捕获中断、锁相控制等。

The research is designed to be a family with 3 kw single-phase photovoltaic (pv) grid inverter, using chip UC3875 and TMS320F2812, the former is the phase shifting controller, which is the core of the whole system control。 The main circuit structure and working principle of the control method are introduced at the first time; Used in the system were analyzed in detail the working principle of the control, isolation drive circuit and the selection for key components; This paper more in-depth analysis and research the software part of the grid system, the software design has very important status in the system, the system can realize: the generation of sinusoidal PWM, cycle capture interrupt, phase lock control, etc。
