随时代的发展,科学技术也有重大突破,可编程逻辑控制器技术就在在这样 的背景下日趋成熟,电牵引采煤机在采煤产业领域成为首要选择对象。可编程逻 辑控制器技术非常广泛的运用在国民经济和工业生产的各个领域。本文结合采煤 机实际运行情况,对采煤机控制系统就行了设计,采用以 PLC 为核心的可编程逻 辑控制系统以及变频调速系统。能够大大提高采煤机牵引速度,提高采煤效率, 提高现代企业的产能。该控制系统在实际应用中性能稳定,应用性强,故障率小, 人机交互功能强大。主要包括牵引部的行走和传动以及摇臂的抬高系统。
