PLC五层电梯控制系统设计+梯形图

摘要：随着现代经济的发展，高层建筑越来越多，电梯逐步成为人们生活中不可缺少的代步工具。近年来电梯的事故频发，使人们对电梯的安全性能产生了怀疑，电梯的性能好坏对人们生活的影响越来越显著。因此，我们要提高电梯系统的性能，保证电梯的运行安全可靠。采用西门子 s7-200 的 PLC，设计了电梯的控制系统。实现了轿内与各层厅站呼梯指令的记录，电梯的指层控制，电梯运行方向和停止层的控制，自动运行以及自动开关门的功能。提高了检查与维修电梯故障的方便性，并且还解决了手动操作产生的问题，取得了良好的预期效果。74404

Abstract：With the development of modern economy, more and more high-rise buildings,

elevator has gradually become people living in an indispensable means of transport。 In recent years, elevator accidents, cast doubt on the safety performance of the elevator, the elevator performance influence on people's life is becoming more and more significant。 Therefore, we have to improve the performance of the elevator system, to ensure the safety and reliability of the elevator operation。 The control system of the elevator is designed by using the PLC of SIEMENS S7-200。 The station call records and each department in the car, refers to the level of elevator control, elevator running direction and stop layer control, automatic operation and function of automatic switch door。 To improve the convenience of the inspection and maintenance of elevator fault, and also solves the problems of manual operation, achieving the expected good results。

1 前言

近年来，我国的经济发展迅速，人民的生活水平不断梯高，生活条件得到了极大的改善。电梯作为一种垂直运输的工具，与人们的生活密切相关。传统的电梯曳引电动机采用接触器来实现电动机工作状态的变化，此外，传统的电梯控制系统由继电器接触器控制逻辑组成，电气元件存在缺陷，功能薄弱，可靠性差，电气故障频繁，工作寿命短。可编程控制器是根据顺序逻辑控制的需要而开发的，它是一种用于工业环境应用的电子设备。鉴于其各种优点，目前电梯继电器控制方式已逐渐被可编程控制器所取代。同时，由于交流变频调速技术的发展，电梯拖动方式已由原来的直流调速逐渐过渡到了交流变频调速。不仅满足了乘客的舒适性，而且还可以降低能耗，降低运营成本，节约能源。因此，PLC 控制技术加变频调速已成为现代电梯行列的一个热点。 PLC五层电梯控制系统设计+梯形图:http://www.youerw.com/zidonghua/lunwen_84995.html
